By signing up for the FamWell Text Program (“Program”), you agree to these terms and authorize FamWell to deliver promotional and other text messages to your designated mobile phone number, including via automated technology.

Program Description: The Program provides subscribers with promotional offers, product updates, shipping notifications, and other marketing messages via SMS/MMS.

Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency: You may receive up to 10 promotional messages per month. Message frequency may vary. You may also receive transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates).

Costs: FamWell does not charge for the Program. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message or emailing [email protected]. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt-in.
